Our modern, new customer service centre is open for your convenience in its new location at Entrance 8 (the corridor just before Walmart).

Champlain Place Walking Club
To join our "Mall Walking" program simply talk to one of our serviCentre representatives, they will be glad to provide you with all of the information.

Free Stroller, Wheelchair and Walker Use
We would be happy to provide you with the use of a stroller, wheelchair or walker during your stay at Champlain Place. These items are available free of charge on a first come first serve basis at serviCentre located near Walmart. We simply ask that you fill out a registration form at our customer service centre.

Coat Check
Coat Check is available in our new location. For a nominal charge of $ 1, we will be glad to check your coat while you shop in comfort.

Lost and Found
If you have lost an item or find one during your shopping trip to Champlain Place, simply talk to one of our Security personnel, they would be glad to help you. The Security office is located next to KFC.

Mall Directories
Pocket sized mall directories are convenient and easy to use. Pick one up at serviCentre or in any of the mall directory signs located at the entrances.

Parent & Me Room
The new Parent & Me room is located in the new Washroom area just off the Food Court. This room has 2 private stalls for parents who need an area away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre.

Bicycle Lockers
For your convenience, we have eight bicycle lockers at Entrance 1 (Toys R Us) entrance.

High Chairs
During your stay with us, we have all of the comforts of home. High chairs are available for your use while you and your family enjoy a meal or a quick snack in our food court.
