To join our "Mall Walking" program simply talk to one of our Customer Service Representatives, they will be glad to provide you with all of the information.
Free Stroller, Wheelchair and Walker Use
We would be happy to provide you with the use of a stroller, wheelchair or walker during your stay at Champlain Place. These items are available free of charge on a first come first serve basis at our Customer Service Centre located near Sport Chek and Urban Planet. We simply ask that you fill out a registration form at our customer service centre.
Lost and Found
If you have lost an item or find one during your shopping trip to Champlain Place, simply talk to one of our customer service representatives, they would be glad to help you.
Mall Directories
Pocket sized mall directories are convenient and easy to use. Pick one up at our Customer Service Centre.
Parent & Me Room
The new Parent & Me room is located in the new Washroom area just off the Food Court. This room has 2 private stalls for parents who need an area away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre.
Bicycle Lockers
For your convenience, we have eight bicycle lockers at the Toys R Us entrance.
High Chairs
During your stay with us, we have all of the comforts of home. High chairs are available for your use while you and your family enjoy a meal or a quick snack in our food court.
